the hotel room...

which isn't actually a hotel ... it's an apartment thingy which is cool 'cos it means basically i get my own place for 10 days where i can cook my own food and do my own thing ... there is a bathroom and a big closet for my clothes (even tho i forgot to bring hangers doh!) and a kitchen ... we're 3 blocks from the beach and there is a great food store a couple of blocks away ... the weather is fantastic ... so warm out at night that jackets are very optional the apes are happy too 'cos they can watch tv all day or sleep as they please ... they asked me to leave the keys with them in case they wanted to go to the beach while i was out working ... sheesh! i have to drive roughly 20 miles to where i'm working which google maps says will take 20 minutes but i'm going to give myself a good 45 minutes 2moro as it's the first day and i just know i'm going to get lost ... my sense of direction is truly dreadful the apes made me go out for food earlier while they watched the football ... they asked me to get them enough bananas for 2moro while i'm out ... tough life they have huh? more posts to come throughout the week...
