And as the sun sets...

I traveled to work, but came home shortly after, the power was out. What a waste of gas I thought. Now I look at the sun as it sets with many things on my mind, like what the deal is with the universe, and if I could ever accept someone as a friend...after having a relationship. Its hard to miss my friend and know things aren't the same, perhaps they'll never be, all I know for certain is I'm dealing the best I can, day by day...and personally that's all I can do at the moment...take the moments as they come and deal with them. Everyone is different, and we all have our lessons to learn. This one is mine. All the knowledge and advice in the world couldn't prepare me to avoid learning this lesson the hard way...
