Second line parade at Jazz Fest

followed them around for at least 20 minutes. it was the funnest and most exciting thing to be a part of all day. not sure why it's called "second line". I wish I could upload cell phone video to gagfoot and really share more of what this felt like... the energy of the crowd, the motion of the dancing, and the sounds of the brass band
