Stranded in his little Mini Golf Cart

This guy decided to drive across the street in hopes to making it to the other side. Ummm... Nope... Not gonna happen! I stopped to see if he could use my help but unfortunately he had dropped his rope in the water and didn't know its location. Not to mention... looks like he could have just walked out; I even asked. But nope, he didn't budge. He just sat there waiting for the Police to tug him on outta there. I wished him the best and kept on rowin to BlockBuster.
