just back from running...

in 89F heat and sunshine ... it was a very hard run and i sweated like a lil piggy in a sauna but it sure woke me up ... kind of we have had the most gorgeous weather since saturday and it looks set to continue right through the week ... so nice ... i'm picking up a nice bit of color
