you can't tell but its sanded. and masked off, next the decal will be masked then it will be shot, as in recolored and then cleared. This is here because the customer who blamed us had the paint bubble up 'round the gas cap. Said we didn't seal it properly. Truth be known we think he forced the gas nozzle in the hole got it stuck ripped it out and broke the seal and left the gas around it. The gas ate the paint and that's how it bubbled up. When you get gas on a painted surface, wash it off with a damp rag or towel! Otherwise it will discolor or eat the paint. Yes is evaporates, but it doesn't do so without saturating the surface first. It only takes once to learn this lesson.
