my morning bagel and tea...

i think this is my favorite bagel ... poppyseed toasted lightly with good cheddar cheese thinly sliced inside left to soften but not melt in the warm bagel ... it's so yummo ... it really is ... and my tea of course ... in my new tea mug that i got in santa monica ... it's really dorky cool 'cos it has all the different tea names on it my best morning pre-running snack while i check my email and such ... i don't like running on an empty stomach
