One of the many outdoor book stalls set up throughout Barcelona today. Dia de la Rosa is a traditional Catalonian lover's holiday where men give women roses. After Cervantes died on this day in 1923, women began to give men books in exchange. These days, half of the yearly sales of books in Catalunya happen around this time.
