my shin and calf muscle started hurting after my run 2day so i thought i should ice it for a good 15 mins or so and then do a bit more easy stretching ... someone i used to know showed me how and always said it would help ... i just hope this is a temporary ache and not a full blown injury i think it's time for me to join a gym so i can alternate my street running with cycling and treadmill running as well as doing some weights and machines ... i decided i'm going to get in the best shape ever ... i love feeling fit and healthy ... i absolutely can't believe i smoked for a couple of years ... i don't even want to think about the other things i've done ... not ever again ... not for me
