last sunset in LA

funny how life gives you what you need when you need it even if it is rarely what you want ... so many times in life the rolling stones song goes through my mind ... boy they nailed that one so my time here is coming to an end and 2moro i head back to san francisco with a great reluctance ... i don't know for how long i will be there but i know my heart isn't there anymore and it brings me no joy to be there ... only sadness closing chapters of our lives is never easy and it's never clear when we should actually close the door and walk away ... always those nagging "what ifs" or "maybe ifs" go through our minds and make us hold onto things that more often than not aren't there anymore ... all they do is hold us back from moving on with our lives the time has come for me to close some doors i go with a very heavy heart
